Popular international destinations to and from London
From London, you can also travel further, both within Great Britain and further in Europe via the Channel Tunnel. The main train stations in London
If you take the Eurostar to London, this international high-speed train always stops at the same train station. Apart from St Pancras, London has a large number of smaller and larger train stations, some of which you can see below.
London St Pancras Int’l / King’s Cross

No matter which station in the Netherlands or Belgium you take the Eurostar to London from, your journey always ends at London St Pancras Int’l station. This also applies to the train from Amsterdam to London. From here, you can easily travel on to the center of London by metro or train from the adjacent King’s Cross station.
As mentioned, you can easily travel on from St Pancras Station, both within and outside the city of London. The following travel options are possible:
- Train, both regional and international with Eurostar
- Metro (tube/underground), via 6 metro lines
- Bus, from Pancras, Midland, or Euston Road
London Paddington Station

From here, you mainly travel with the railway company Great Western Railway. These trains mainly depart to Bristol, Bath, Newport, Exeter, Penzance, and Cardiff (Wales). Furthermore, there is a train to Heathrow Airport with the Heathrow Express or Connect train every 15 minutes. This way, you can also easily check the train price to London after your flight and use it.
Naturally, there is also a Paddington metro station, so you can easily travel on with the London metro. You can use the following travel options:

London Waterloo Station

The main bus stops in London
Do you care more about a low price than a short travel time? Then take the London bus and travel to London from the Netherlands for a few tens of euros. This international bus also stops in Antwerp and Bruges on the way to the Eurotunnel in Calais.

This “Coach Station” is located near the Thames and if you walk down the street you will eventually reach Buckingham Palace.
